These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Affiliate" or "you") and Beast Mode: The Fitness Board Game ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying to and participating in the Beast Mode

Affiliate Program

("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment in the Program
To participate in the Beast Mode: The Fitness Board Game Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit an affiliate application form on our website. Upon approval, you will be granted access to the affiliate dashboard and a unique referral link. We reserve the right to reject any affiliate application at our discretion and may terminate an
affiliate’s participation at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason we deem appropriate.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities
 Marketing of Products: You will promote Beast Mode: The Fitness Board Game via your unique affiliate link. You may use banners, social media, blog posts, email marketing, and other appropriate methods.
 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), CAN-SPAM Act, and
any local laws related to marketing, advertising, and privacy.
 Accurate Representations: You agree not to make false claims about the product or mislead potential customers in any way. You must only promote the product as described by the official marketing materials provided by Beast Mode: The Fitness Board Game.
 Prohibited Actions: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
o Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or messages promoting Beast Mode:
The Fitness Board Game.
o Impersonating the Company: Using our brand or product names in ways that
imply official association without permission.
o Cookie Stuffing: Using deceptive methods to generate clicks or purchases.
o Trademark Violations: Using our trademarks or brand names in unauthorized
ways.

3. Commission and Payment
 Commission Rates: Affiliates will earn a commission based on the sale of Beast
Mode: The Fitness Board Game products via their referral links. Commission rates
will be specified on your affiliate dashboard.
 Sales Tracking: Sales made through your affiliate link will be tracked using cookies.
The cookie will remain active for [X days] (or another specified time frame).
 Commission Payout: Affiliates will be paid on a monthly basis, with payment made
via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/Other Method] once the minimum payout threshold of

 Refunds and Chargebacks: If a customer requests a refund or chargeback on a

4. Affiliate Account

 Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
affiliate account and password. You must notify us immediately if you believe your
account has been compromised.
 Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate
account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or
inactivity for [X] months.

5. Intellectual Property
 Use of Trademarks: Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to
use Beast Mode: The Fitness Board Game trademarks, logos, and marketing
materials provided to them, solely for the purpose of promoting our products as part
of this affiliate program.
 Prohibited Use: You are not authorized to alter or misuse the provided marketing
materials or to create derivative works based on our intellectual property.

6. Term and Termination
 Term: This Agreement will begin on the date we approve your affiliate application and
will continue until terminated by either party.
 Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing
written notice to us.
 Termination by Company: We may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any
reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you will no longer be entitled to any
commissions for sales that occur after the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the Affiliate Program, the products, or the failure of any sales transaction. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of commissions earned by you in the three months preceding any claim.

8. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms and conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country or State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Miscellaneous
 Independent Contractors: Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of Beast Mode: The Fitness Board Game. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
 No Exclusivity: This Agreement does not grant you exclusivity as an affiliate, and
you may promote other products or programs as you see fit.
 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
